STICKY Discworld Characters - A Discussion

I had an idea today that it might be fun and interesting to have a somewhat regular discussion about individual Discworld characters. I'm thinking that e announce a character, write about what we know about them and then discuss them more in depth under the spoilers banner.

What I need in this thread, before we start any discussions, is whether you'd be interested in doing this? And if so, what sort of format it would take.

I welcome any and all suggestions here. It's been a long time since we had any sort of organised discussions here.

Sounds good! Interested to hear which characters people like/dislike and whether they've read the same things in them as I have.

Sounds good to me! It'd definitely be interesting.

Sounds good to me. Maybe it would be possible to do each character like we did/do the DW book discussion threads so we can just go straight to the character in question and maybe add one new thread a month sort of thing. This allows for newbies to find threads quickly, gives us something to look forward to each month, and stops character posts being mixed up with others.

I was thinking that I would have a fixed post that contained links to each character thread. Like we have with the book discussions. That way it would be very easy to find each individual thread no matter where it has gone to on the site.
